Come cruise by between noon and 4pm on the Saturdays we’re open to sample our handcrafted lineup of spirits. Each Tasting is $10, and if something revs your engine, you can purchase bottles of anything you try. This is your chance to experience the craft behind our rum, gin, moonshine, and bourbon—all distilled with passion, precision and a good dose of classic car spirit.

You’ll find us at 2118 James Street #201, inside the Nissen & Associates Tax office building (yes, you read that right). The tasting room entrance is accessed from the back of the building and up the stairs. Look for the signage, then follow the laughter and music.
Parking
There’s free parking in front on James Street, or behind the building. No pit crew required.
What to Expect at a Speed Shift Distillery Tasting Event
- $10 Tasting of our full spirit lineup (while supplies last) which includes EnGIN, High Octane 108 (moonshine), Barn Find Bourbon and the original Vrum Rum. Tasting fee is waived with any bottle purchase!
- Shop merchandise in stock. Vintage travel bars, coasters, mugs, stickers and more.
- First dibs on bottle purchases
- Chill garage vibes, great conversation, and a little horsepower in every pour
