Get ready to shift into high gear! We are thrilled to announce that Speed Shift Distillery will be featured at the second annual Downtown Distilled event in Ferndale.
Please note: This special event is replacing our usual third Saturday of the month open tasting room event in Bellingham. Instead of swinging by our James Street tasting room this month, come meet us in Ferndale for an afternoon of sipping, strolling, and savoring the best craft beverages the Pacific Northwest has to offer!
Here is your roadmap for the event:

- Date: Saturday, August 22, 2026
- Time: 3 – 8 p.m. (VIPs get early access starting at 2 p.m.!)
- Location: Downtown Ferndale.
- Check-In: Centennial Riverwalk Park fountain area (1981 Main St, Ferndale, WA 98248). We’ll be set up at FrinGe this year.
🎟️ Tickets & Pricing
You’ll need tasting tickets to sample the lineup. You can grab them online in advance (they will be held at “Will-Call” under the purchaser’s name) or right at the check-in booth using cash, card, or Venmo. Just remember to bring your 21+ ID to receive your wristband!
- 5 Tasting Tickets: $39
- 12 Tasting Tickets: $59
- VIP Experience: $89 (Includes 12 tasting tickets, 1-hour early entry at 2:00 PM, and access to a special VIP-only buffet at Haan’s Tandoor!)

Downtown Distilled is hosted by the Ferndale Downtown Association, meaning your ticket also supports a great local cause. Take your time, chat with us, and explore the charming shops and eateries in the heart of Ferndale. And if you taste something that revs your engine, you’ll be able to buy bottles right there on the spot to take home.
